K&K Hospitality Solutions was founded by a Greek Hospitality industry executive Sam Koudounis, and a Ukrainian c-level finance and business executive Alex Knysh. The duo has identified a clear need and strategic vision for a shift in Hospitality and Real Estate practices in Cyprus, creating a trend towards a modern “hybrid operational model” that is shaped around investment flexibility, asset value, advanced technologies, smart designs, and client-centric approach, providing clear added value for investors, developers, clients, guests and the real estate & hospitality industry of Cyprus.

K&K Hospitality Solutions was founded by a Greek Hospitality industry executive Sam Koudounis, and a Ukrainian c-level finance and business executive Alex Knysh. The duo has identified a clear need and strategic vision for a shift in Hospitality and Real Estate practices in Cyprus.
Sam Koudounis
Hospitality Expert – CEO
Sam has a broad and diverse experience in the hospitality industry, with unique achievements through the 15+ years of field experience in top Management level, out of total 26yrs in the Industry. He holds a strong ability to accomplish varied and diversified tasks with regards to the overall management, organizing and directing of operations in Hospitality. Innovation, Technology, Direct Sales & Loyalty, Leading by example & people-centric approach, are only some of the key areas of outstanding expertise.
Sam was born in Rhodes – Greece, has gained his Academic awards in British Universities, and had undertaken projects & tasks in England, Greece and Cyprus mostly in 5* Hotels, National & International Hotel Groups, private Hospitality industry Associations & Destination Management Organizations.

Alex Knysh
Finance Expert – CFO
Alex is a senior finance executive with more than 10 years of experience in finance & economics for industries including Energy & Gas, Real Estate, Banking, and Hospitality. His experience managing and supervising international audit, accounting, and financial teams of up to 15 members, armored him with strong bonds & networking especially in the services industries. Alex’s key areas of expertise are financial analysis, financial reporting, project management, financial modelling, budgeting, audit, accounting, taxes.
Alex was born in Kiev – Ukraine, where he gained his Academic awards. He has lived and worked as a senior finance executive in the UK, Australia, Cyprus, and Ukraine and has substantial experience of working in a multinational Corporations’ environment, and successful Hospitality establishments.
