    The return on investment varies and depends on many different factors. Investments that have been selected with our advice generate significantly higher yields compared to already chosen properties. For individual apartments / houses purchases you can expect a rental return around 5% whilst for the bigger investments in hospitality, renovation projects the return can reach up to 10%-12%.
